Experience the ultimate combination of relaxation and rejuvenation with our Yin & Pin class!This 90-minute session begins with a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to gently stretch connective tissues, release tension, and prepare your body for deep relaxation. Following the yoga practice, you'll be guided into a soothing 30-minute relaxation and meditation session enhanced by the therapeutic benefits of acupuncture.
Dr. Kat Potts, our skilled and compassionate acupuncturist, will place 5-6 acupuncture pins per person, targeting key areas to promote increased relaxation and address individual needs. This unique blend of Yin Yoga, meditation, and acupuncture harmonizes your mind and body, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.

What to Bring:
Water bottle
Blanket, Bolster, Pillow
Comfy, warm clothes (you’ll be holding Savasana for 30 minutes during the acupuncture session)
What is Required:
Yoga Waiver: All participants must complete an online waiver for the yoga portion prior to the class: Waiver ofLiability.
Health Questionnaire: A completed health questionnaire for the acupuncture session is required: HealthQuestionnaire.
In-Person Waiver: A separate in-person waiver must be signed for Dr. Potts before class begins.
