This workshop will merge the longer holds of Yin Yoga with the relaxing benefits of Restorative Yoga using the suspension rigs whilst suspended on a low hammock.

We will gently stress the connective tissues and stimulate the energy channels in the body, creating space to allow blood to flow, reducing tension and encouraging a deep cleansing from within during a Yin Yoga practice.

Then, relax, restore and rejuvenate both the body and mind with deep relaxation, breathing and connection with your inner self, whilst suspended on a low hammock (using our suspension rigs), which allow you to find more space in your body, creating openness and deeper postures while still feeling supported.
