Just as the Summer Solstice brings more light than dark – Yin Yoga can bring us back to balance. As always, sound and vibration are the heartbeat of this healing – the sounds of nature mixed with the vibration of our energies. Our Summer Solstice Yin Yoga & Meditation will provide you with an opportunity to fill your hearts with passion and intention and fire up your guts to get active and grounded . This is what summer has always been; a time of self-nourishment and living life to it’s fullest potential!
Jamie DeKoning of Little Lights Yoga will guide you through a Summer Solstice practice. We will focus on heart and small intestine – the organs connected to Summer. Dean Johnson will accompany Jamie with his healing sounds; Indigenous Drum and Song. Sounds to raise your vibration and awaken all your fire and passionate energy! The evening will be capped off with a sharing circle; completing this evening of healing with a circle of community.
