This celestial event, when day and night are of equal length, represents balance — and offers a reminder to find harmony between our inner and outer worlds.
Join us for a special evening to honour the spirit of Spring. You’ll be guided through a 75-minute Yin Yoga practice with Christine, followed by a 45-minute Didgeridoo Sound Bath with Rufus Rogey of Earth Song Healing.
No experience required to attend, everyone is welcome.
