Join us for an evening of stillness, soul connection, and sweet surrender with Cacao & Yin. This heart-opening gathering invites you to slow down, connect inward, and receive the wisdom of your body through sacred cacao and yin yoga.

What to Expect
We’ll begin with a short cacao ceremony, about 10 to 15 minutes, where you’ll learn a brief history of cacao and the significance of sharing it in community. Then, settle into a 75-minute yin yoga practice that will gently guide you into stillness, supported by intentional breath, Reiki-infused presence, and intuitive sequencing.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket (optional, but recommended for comfort)
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
About the Facilitator
Nikki Inglesby (Instagram @nikkiinglesbyyoga) is a 500-hour RYT with an additional 75-hour Yin Yoga certification, and a certified Usui Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner. With nearly a decade of teaching and 18 years of personal practice, Nikki is deeply devoted to creating spaces where people can access their own inner freedom. Her favorite part of teaching is holding space for others to explore their spiritual experience. She believes the physical benefits are simply a beautiful bonus.
