Join Shelley for a 75-minute blend of Yin Yoga, guided meditation, and aromatherapy designed to help you release tension and invite deep relaxation. This class is the perfect mid-week pause — gentle, grounding, and restorative.
What to Expect:
Longer-held yin postures to soften the body • calming breathwork and meditation • soothing aromatherapy blends to support nervous system reset.
Location: City & Soul Wellness Collective
Time: 7:45–9:00 PM (please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in)
🧘♀️ What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Bolster (some available at the studio)
- Optional: blanket or eye pillow for extra comfort
