Yin is a mindful form of YOGA designed for you to feel your asanas, flow with your breath and find your silence. Practising beside the ocean and spending time in the water after Yoga will allow us to feel energised ready for the week ahead.We meet at 54 Westwood Street at 5pm and we’ll pick up our props and head to Croquet Lawn beach for a YinYOGA session followed by a swim. Come prepared for Yoga and time in the water!
Investment
Cost of this session is $20 and you can bring cash or a card to pay on the day – no need to book.
This practise happens for a few short weeks during the summer on a Sunday at 5pm. If the weather is not kind this practise will be cancelled. Just stay in touch if there’s any doubt.
