Sound healing utilises ancient and modern instruments and the power of vibration to shift energy and return the body to homeostasis.
This event is accessible to most, if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or schizophrenia, please make Jenna aware before your booking.
All yoga props are provided but please feel free tobring your own yoga mat, eye pillow or anything else to ensure you are comfortable for the duration of this event.
