Stuart Adamson
With over 15 years of experience as a secondary school music teacher, Stuart brings a deep passion for both music and wellbeing. He is a classically trained singer, cellist and pianist. His yoga journey began over 20 years ago, and through SoundJourneyMK, he has beautifully combined his love for music and healing. He has studied with the Sound Healing Academy and holds a Master's in Music Psychology, giving him a unique perspective on the powerful effects of sound. He offers group, private, and corporate sessions designed to nurture the soul and elevate the spirit.
Ali Futrill
Ali brings a positive, supportive energy to her yin classes; they are strong but accessible, allowing you to become more aware of your body and breath through your practice. Her teaching style is energising but relaxed, fun and aimed to let you leave the everyday stresses behind.
