Join us for an incredible celebration as we mark 20 years of Young Government Leaders (YGL)! This in-person event will take place at the City Club of Washington 555 13th Street Northwest, Washington, DC, USA.
Get ready for a night filled with PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOTS, special guests, DEIA Affinity Groups, Agency Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s), laughter, raffles, YGL Founders,music, prizes, food, drinks and unforgettable memories.

•The purpose of the minor donation is to ensure the commitment of participants who register for the event. Substantial time, energy, and financial resources have been dedicated to ensuring the event's success making your attendance immensely valued.
We are currently following the Covid-19 guidance and protocols provided by the District of Columbia. Masks are optional. If you are not feeling well, please stay home.

FY 23 ThemeMaking DEIA a part of how we lead and work every day in our communities. Acknowledging how to advance the government workforce culture of belonging - where DEIA is acknowledged and developed, so that the potential of highly skilled people from all backgrounds is present in every type of government. YGL will focus our FY23 programming on developing professional core competencies, including: unconscious bias, generations in the workplace/ageism, accomodation, microaggressions at work, allyship, and diversity vs. inclusion.
