About this Event
YES&Co. is an improv comedy group from southern Maine. Each month we invite a local person of interest to tell true stories on our stage. Our actors use our guest’s monologues as inspiration for scenes that they make up on the spot.

This month we will be joined by guest speake, Kim Lloyd.
Kim Lloyd is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with more than a decade of experience—and a knack for blending fitness with humor. She works with people from all walks of life and fitness levels, bringing a lighthearted approach to training and a passion for behavior change. Kim is the author of Start Where You Are: A Beginner’s Guide to Lifting Weights & Feeling Great, which she uses for both group and individual training sessions, often injecting a bit of comedy to make fitness approachable and fun.
With a Master’s degree in Sports Leadership and certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Precision Nutrition, and as an Online Trainer, Kim provides personalized virtual fitness coaching to clients across the country. She also designs and runs wellness workshops in Maine, where her unique mix of training tips, motivation, and humor helps clients feel at ease and empowered on their fitness journeys.
