YES MOVE is a fun, high-energy dance fitness class for all levels—no dance experience needed! Led by professional dancers, each one-hour session includes a warm-up, follow-the-leader dance routines, light strength training and a calming cool down with meditation.
With a supportive, judgment-free atmosphere and ever-changing routines, YES MOVE focuses on joyful movement, community and celebrating fitness your way. Just bring water, sneakers and a yoga mat—extras are available!
