The “Yes, and…” series continues with Matt Richey and Shani Brown! Workshop #2

This will be a standalone higher level balboa workshop. It is not necessary for you to have attended the first workshop to come to this one or the next one in December.

About the series:
This series includes 3 higher-level balboa workshops spaced 1-month apart. Each workshop is taught by different instructors. After the first workshop, the class recap video will be shared with the next pair of instructors who will be asked to build a “yes, and…” lesson on top of it. After the second workshop, both recap videos will be sent to the last pair of instructors who will be asked to do the same. The structure and spacing of the workshops is meant to provide the opportunity and time to learn, practice, and then develop your skills as a balboa dancer.
Do you have to attended all workshops? Absolutely not. Each workshop will be stand alone and you can drop in to any of them. However, the idea is that material from subsequent workshops will enhance the material of previous workshops. So attend all 3 if you can. (There’s also a discount for attending all 3!)
Instructor lineup and schedule:
The workshops will be at Infinity Dance Sport Center on the second Saturdays of October, November, and December. The times and format are not the same across all workshops so please read the below details carefully.
Workshop 1 with Jeremy Otth and Sarah Stembridge

Workshop: 5-7pm
Q&A: 7-8pm
Social dance 8-11pm (included with workshop, else $15 at door)
Workshop 2 with Matt Richey and Shani Brown

Date: Saturday December 13th
Workshop: 5-7pm

Private lessons:
All instructors intend to make themselves available for private lessons either before or after the workshops. Please reach out to them directly to set this up. Shani Brown and Sarah Stembridge are our San Diego locals and thus have availability outside the day of the workshop. Note about private lesson floor fees at Infinity: in addition to the instructor’s rate, the studio charges a $15 floor fee for private lessons. Please pay this directly to the studio (to Yolanda) at the time of the lesson
