The Year of the Horse is all about freedom, movement, and finding the courage to move forward. It’s a reminder to reconnect with what truly drives you, let go of what’s been weighing you down, and step into your life with more clarity and confidence.
Join us for a grounding yet uplifting experience that weaves together gentle yoga, creative journaling, and a deeply restorative sound bath. This is a space to slow down, reflect on where you’ve been, and get clear on where you’re headed, while sharing the experience with friends or meeting new, like-minded people in a welcoming setting.
The gathering will be held at Rancho Sea Air, a historic horse ranch established in 1941, perched on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. Surrounded by open skies, horses, and ocean views, the setting itself invites presence, connection, and ease.
Journaling will be guided by Zoe, a horse riding instructor and artist, who will invite creativity and self-expression in an approachable, inspiring way. Stacey, a yoga instructor, will lead gentle movement to help you drop into your body and breath. The experience will be combined with a sound bath led by Jazmin, a sound healer and educator, offering space to rest, integrate, and reset.
Together, through movement, reflection, and sound, you’ll reconnect with your intuition, strengthen self-trust, and set intentions rooted in authenticity and freedom. This gathering is an invitation to pause, listen inward, and step into the next chapter feeling supported and aligned.
