Jenna Giardino is a registered acupuncturist practicing out of Opal Wellness in Esquimalt and Pearl Healthcare in the Oaklands area of Victoria. Jenna believes that acupuncture serves as a conduit to remind the body, mind and spirit of their innate capacity to heal. She is passionate about helping you access your parasympathetic nervous system to cultivate emotional resilience during acute emotional transitions and chronic emotional sensitivities. In Jenna's private practice, she has found immense value in developing a sincere ability to listen an sit with those asking for support.
Karli-Marie Kuruz is a mother, writer, and ceremonialist. Her offerings invite a living inquiry into how we make meaning through land, body, and story, often weaving together tea ceremony and embodied listening into threshold moments of deep remembering. She brings the alchemy of her own lived experiences into every conversation and gathering with reverence for the art of listening and the sacred intelligence of life.
