Join us for our Year-End Party at Spread N Buns for a warm, healthy and tasty lunch! After lunch we will take a very a short walk to Preston Jackson Park to see our marvelous Holiday Card on Christmas Card Lane. Let’s get our pictures taken with it! Spread N Buns has five vegan soups! They altered their recipe so they will always have vegan soups for us.

Couple that soup with a “Build Your Own” Salad, with choices of edamame, cucumber, tomatoes, cherries, oranges, blueberries, onions, peppers, cilantro, corn, walnuts and tortilla strips. The maple-balsamic dressing is vegan.
How about a sandwich too? It’s not on their menu, but they have a Vegan BLAT (vegan bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato) sandwich. You can ask for it toasted and with vegan mayo – It’s delicious!
In addition, there are several Smoothies to choose from (request no Greek Yogurt, honey or Nutella).
