THEME: A Night in the Jungle
🎩ATTIRE: Embrace the spirit of adventure for our 'A Night in the Jungle' banquet! While animal prints like leopard, zebra, and tiger are encouraged, they’re by no means mandatory. Feel free to express your personal style—some will don elegant dresses, others may opt for sharp suits, and many will choose something entirely unique. The key is to dress for a night of fun and excitement in the wild!
🍽️ Dinner and Dessert Dash: Enjoy a delicious meal with friends. Plated dinner will be served. You will be prompted during registration to choose from the following options:
- Rosemary Garlic Chicken with roasted garlic mash potatoes, Dijon demi glaze, crispy onion straws
- Braised Short Rib with Cabernet demi glaze, Boursin mash potatoes, tomato confit
- Risotto with asparagus tips, roasted maitake mushroom, smoked tomato vinaigrette
- K id's Meal Option 1: Mac and Cheese
- Kids Meal Option 2: Chicken Tenders
🎂Dessert Dash Donation: Everyone loves our Dessert Dash! Do you have a delicious dessert you would like to donate? Click HERE to submit your donation.
🏆 Year End Awards Celebration: We will celebrate achievements from the 2024 Show Season with Year End Awards. To be eligible for Year End Awards participants must 1) be current LWSC members; and 2) have completed and logged 8 volunteer hours. Make sure to check that your membership is current and that you have submitted your completed volunteer hours!
📸 Photo Station: Capture memories with friends old and new.
🎁 Silent Auction: Browse and bid on fantastic items in our silent auction and support the Lake Washington Saddle Club.
Silent Auction Donation: Our Silent Auction is a fun and important part of the banquet, as it helps to cover the cost of the event. Have an item you would like to donate? Click HERE to fill out an Auction Donation Form online, or print out a hard copy of the procurement form by printing the page.
Equestrian and Non-equestrian items are welcomed! Please ensure any clothing or equipment being donated is high quality and appears good as new.

Nominations for these awards will be accepted until October 14th, 2024. Winners are selected by the LWSC Board and announced at the Awards Banquet/Annual Meeting on November 2, 2024. Only LWSC members are eligible to win an Annual Award. You do not have to be a member to nominate someone. Click HERE to submit your nominations.
