Arrivals (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)Parents, carers and guests can assemble at the front entrance to watch the students arrive.
Only people with a ticket will be allowed inside and up the stairs.
Formal Dinner and Entertainment (Doors open 6:30 PM sharp)
The dinner is a ticketed event.
Maximum number of invited guests per Year 12 student is three guests (non-Woree partner and/or family).
Bookings are only required for those wishing to enter the venue and partake in the formal dinner.

Year 12 WSHS Students and parents/carers will also receive an email with this booking link.
Bookings will close at 3.00pm on 24 October 2025.
Cost: $125.00 per person. All payments to be made at the office by Friday 31 October 3pm.
