Hark, noble folk of the realm!On the morn of January 25th, as the sun's first light doth grace the sky, gather ye at the hallowed grounds of Depot Park for an event most wondrous and of great joy – Ye Olde parkrunne! The hour of gathering shall be 7:30 as the rooster croweth, and at the stroke of 7:30, all brave souls shall embark upon a course of both valor and vigor.
Join with fellow Gainesvillagers and travelers alike as we partake in a grand quest. Whether thou art a seasoned knight of the road or a humble peasant seeking glory, all are welcome to challenge the course, which weaves through the enchanted lands of Depot Park.
There shall be no entry fee to partake in this noble pursuit, for the realm seeks only to unite in merriment, health, and camaraderie. Once thou hast crossed the finish line, rejoice in the fellowship of all who partook in this glorious morn, and partake in the simple joy of a shared adventure.
