Join YCP Washington, D.C. for our annual St. Joseph Half-Day Retreat on Saturday, February 21st!When: Saturday, February 21st | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Where: Our Lady Queen of the Americas (2200 California St NW, Washington, DC 20008)
As our YCP Patron Saint, St. Joseph the Worker serves as the ultimate model for the young professional. He reminds us that our daily labor, no matter how quiet or hidden, is a powerful way to serve God and neighbor. This retreat is an invitation to step away from our busy schedules in preparation for this year's Lenten journey, and, like St. Joseph the Worker, learn to look upon our work with the eyes of faith.
This half-day retreat will include daily Mass, small group discussions, quiet prayer, Confession, and fellowship with fellow young Catholics. Our Chaplain, Father James Morrison, will reflect on the example of our patron, St. Joseph the Worker, in connection with this year's retreat theme, "Fight Hustle and Hurry!" This retreat is free and open to all young Catholic professionals in Washington, D.C. Come reconnect with Christ as we enter Lent and register today!
This morning is about stepping away from the busy schedule and receiving the love of Jesus which sustains our lives.
