The Crenshaw YMCA's Young Black Girls & Women of Color Mentorship Program invites our incredible teen participants to a special event designed just for you! Join us for an afternoon dedicated to connection, relaxation, and setting powerful intentions for Self-Care.

This workshop is the perfect opportunity to unwind and prepare for a year of success and self-love. Here's a glimpse of what's in store:

• DIY Self-Care Station: Get hands-on with our special guest instructor! Learn how to create your very own natural and safe body scrub and/or body fragrance oils. You'll leave with custom products to nourish your skin and uplift your spirit.
• Intention Setting Discussion: We'll dive into the best practices for setting positive, achievable intentions for the new year. Learn how to shift your mindset and create a roadmap for your goals.
• Affirmation Time Capsule: Write powerful affirmations to your future self—words of encouragement and belief that you'll need most. These will be placed in a special time capsule and given back to you to open at the end of 2026! It's a personal letter of love and support from the "you" of today.

This event is exclusively for the teen girls & parents from our local communities.
