About this Event

Find some respite from the February cold as we welcome the Yawanawa couple Luan (Yawa Vay) and Jaine (Wanu) to Brighton. For one evening the duo will share traditional prayer and music from the Yawanawa tradition. There will be the chance for those wishing to receive the medicine of hapé, a snuff that has been used by indigenous cultures as part of their tradition.
