About Yarre Class: (Yoga +Barre) is for everybody! Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, ease of movement, balance and mobility. The class will explore the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip and shoulder openers.
