The epitome of modern "Americana", Yarn is a music group formed in Brooklyn, New York in 2006 and put on an incredible live performance. Masters of their craft, the group is led by songwriter Blake Christiana on vocals and guitar, Rod Hohl on electric guitar, Rick Bugel on bass, and Robert Bonhomme on drums. The group is now based in North Carolina. Touring regularly they "earned a reputation as a hard-working live act, playing up to 170 dates a year." They have a "harmony-rich sound that conjures comparisons to The Band." "They have landed on the Grammy ballot 4 times and garnered nods from the Americana Music Association.
