YANK & YEET 2025
USAW membership is required for the sanctioned sessions only.
An Unsanctioned session will be held for non-USAW members. No singlet required!
PRIZES:
- Medals & prizes will be awarded to Best Lifter (male & female) for Youth, Junior, Senior, and Masters divisions
- CASH Prize awarded to the best male and best female lifter overall!
- Raffle prizes
All age divisions and weight classes welcome
The minimum weight for a single lift is 10kg

Start list will be emailed to athletes on the Monday before the meet
NEW: Spectators are welcome with $5 entry fee
