Would you like to have 60 minutes of full inversion of mind, body and spirit through the combination of Vinyasa Flow to prepare body and the enchanting journey of sounds and restorative Yin Yoga Practice following by community engagement? Come and allow to connect with your entire self (consciousness) and alike community of souls.
Vinyasa Flow will warm your muscles and prepare the body for the restorative practice afterwards.
Emotional, physical and mental traumas/illness can be healed through sound vibration (has been proven as a very effective tool from thousands of years through ancient cultures and confirmed now by modern science).
Yin Yoga (YY) Practice will enable to unblock physical blockages stacked in our body in particular in the fascia connective tissue where emotions are stored. By holding poses, YY enables the mind to seek stillness, therefore strengthening mind and body connections.
Come along Nina and Alex will be holding the space for you to bring balance into life and reward the day with yoga practice. Bring an intention, food or tea (no alcohol, drugs or psychedelic are allowed in this event), to share after the journey. Kirtan (or playing instruments and chanting) would be encouraged.
Exchange: $15 per casual class. Studio Yoga teachers $10. A non-monetary exchange in vegetables and fruits from your garden would be welcome if cash is not available. Enough funds to cover venue hiring would be needed. Give and receive is the universal law of attraction!
American and Mayan flutes, harmonium, hand drum, Tibetans bowls, South American instruments and lots more will be there for you to receive in a ceremonial way!
