*This is a monthly session: 1st Sunday of each month*A beautiful blend of the energising power of movement (yang) with the grounding stillness of yin. We begin by gently building heat and strength through dynamic, flowing sequences that awaken the body and focus the mind; before gradually transitioning into longer-held yin postures designed to release tension from the body, nourish the joints and fascia and soothe the nervous system. A 75 minute session.
The class takes place in the Discovery Centre (the building behind the cafe). Please note, parking charges apply. If you plan to come regularly (or already visit the forest regularly) it's great value to book a Wyre Forest membership for £50 for the year. Mats and blocks are available to borrow if needed, but please bring with you any props you may need - bolsters, pillows, cushions, blankets are all great for Yin.
