In this Yang to Yin workshop, you will be introduced to Yin Yoga and learn about the contrasting and complementary aspects between a Yang and Yin practice, using Vinyasa and Yin styles. Yoga teachers will explore the range of Yang to Yin within selected poses, observing the shift from active holds to restful or challenging passive holds.
The workshop aims to ignite your curiosity in, and exploration of, the style of Yin and how to enjoy the benefits of both energies and styles in your practice.

Our Canberra Yoga Teacher Training concludes with two special elective workshops, and we are welcoming teachers-in-training and experienced yoga teachers from all yoga backgrounds to join us for one or both workshops aimed at exploring some specialty areas of yoga theory, practice, and teaching.
