I am glad to inform everybody that Sifu Yap Boh Heong has accepted my invitation and gonna host a 2 day workshop on the first weekend of november in Hungary, in my hometown Tata.The topic is to learn and deepening the 1-3 sets of the shaolin neigong system, Yan Shou Gong.
👉We gonna master the foundations, master to use our myofascia meridians, called strings. We learn how to develop our internal connections, our internal healing abilities and other skills for grounding, centering, rooting, and strengthening our internal structure.
We gonna test the movements and the applications.

Örömmel hívok minden érdeklődőt, Yap Boh Heong mester elfogadta a meghívásomat és november első hétvégéjén egy kétnapos workshopot tart Magyarországon, Tatán.
A téma a Yan Shou Gong shaolin neigong rendszer 1-3 szettjének megismerése és elmélyítése.
👉Elsajátítjuk az alapokat, megtanuljuk a myofascia meridiánok, az úgynevezett húrok használatát. Megtanuljuk, hogyan fejlesszük belső kapcsolatainkat, belső gyógyító képességeinket és egyéb készségeinket a földeléshez, a központosításhoz, a gyökerezéshez és a belső struktúránk megerősítéséhez.
Teszteljük is a mozdulatokat és az alkalmazásokat.
