This workshop will be suitable for newcomers and intermediate students.For the Saturday morning, Lyndon will do an introduction/refresher into Yan Shou Gong principles, such as the strings.
For the remaining time, we will have two streams - the newcomer stream will learn and explore Sets 1 and 2, learning the moves and then practicing tests to confirm that structure is in place.
The intermediate stream will teach and go deeper into sets 3-6.
The times will be 11am-5pm to allow time before for people travelling from further away.
