YAMM (Yoga, Activities, Movement & Mindfulness) is a fun and engaging class for Pre-K children (ages 2-5) that combines yoga, movement, and mindfulness. Offered on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, it provides a flexible drop-in option or weekly/monthly plans. Our classes are designed to nurture your child’s development in a safe, supportive environment, led by a licensed NC teacher with First Aid/CPR certification. YAMM: Yoga, Activities, Movement & Mindfulness for Pre-K Students
Give your little one the chance to explore the world of mindfulness, movement, and fun through our new YAMM class! This playful and engaging class is designed specifically for Pre-K students, combining yoga, interactive activities, and simple mindfulness exercises to help nurture their minds and bodies.
Parents can drop in for a single class, sign up for weekly sessions, or commit to the whole month for a consistent routine. Each class is designed to support your child’s development, offering them a safe space to explore movement, build focus, and have fun—all while you get the flexibility you need.

Drop-In/Weekly Classes
- For Pre-K Children (ages 2-5, potty trained)
- Time: 8:00 am - 10:30 am (15-minute grace period for drop-off and pick-up)
- Breakfast: At home (morning snack included)
- Start Date: March 2025
- Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays each week
Pricing:
- $25 per Class

- $60 per Week (attend all three classes)
- $200 per Month (typically up to 12 classes)
- 5% sibling discount
Additional Info:
- Maximum of 9 children per day
- Taught by Licensed NC Teacher & First Aid/CPR Certified
- Date Nights once a month from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm $35 per child (includes dinner)
