We are very excited to be hosting a Yacon Kimchi making workshop, led by Diana. It costs $15 and we will provide all the ingredients including a kg of yacon, which will be harvested in the morning.Our regular morning gardening session will run from 9:30am - 12:00pm, followed by a break for lunch and tea, then we'll start the workshop! Feel free to bring some lunch for yourself, tea and coffee will be provided. For the workshop, please bring a large bowl, colander, sharp knife, peeler, cutting board and something to cover the bowl of kimchi for the trip home.
