Australia's largest one-day celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, Yabun Festival, is poised to return on January 26th at Victoria Park, proudly located on the traditional lands of the Gadigal people. We are thrilled to unveil the official lineup for 2025, and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Headlining the Yabun Mainstage will be the legendary Troy Cassar-Daley, the influential Blak matriarch of Hip Hop Barkaa, and the award-winning electro-pop duo Electric Fields. Alongside these remarkable artists, we have an impressive roster that includes JK-47, Miss Kaninna, Jess Hitchcock, No Fixed Address, Dameeeela, Dean Brady, Larry Gurruwiwi, Malawurr, Toni Janke, Mary G, and the G Spots.
The festival powerfully showcases the richness and resilience of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures through a variety of vibrant areas and programs throughout the day. We are bringing back all the action you love, including Market Stalls, Speak Out panels, our Jarjums tent brimming with all-day children’s activities and performances, and a Corroboree ground highlighting the traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.
We invite people from all walks of life to join us at the Yabun Festival and immerse themselves in this unique event that honours the enduring legacy of the world’s oldest living cultures. Be part of this celebration!
