Learn to deal with life’s stressors—substance free.This free community offering blends the practical tools of 12-step recovery with the nervous-system-soothing power of yoga.
Whether you’re in recovery or sober-curious yourself or love someone who is or is still struggling, you’re welcome here.
🌀 What to Expect:
Each session includes a confidential 30–40 minute guided group sharing circle followed by a 35–45 minute gentle yoga practice.
We’ll use breath, movement, and mindfulness to calm the mind, ease the body, and help you handle life’s stressors with more grace.
🧘♀️ No yoga experience required. Mats are provided (though you’re welcome to bring your own), and all movements are adaptable to any body.
👕 Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
