WRTH GYRRAEDD
Wedi cyrraedd, bydd Swyddog Diogelwch yn eich cofrestru a’ch cyfeirio at y maes parcio. Mae’r parcio am ddim.
Unwaith y byddwch wedi parcio, dilynwch yr arwyddion at babell y gynulleidfa y tu allan i Stiwdio 4. Bydd y Tîm Cynulleidfa yn eich croesawu a’ch cofrestru, yn cymryd eich cotiau a’ch eiddo ac eich tywys i’ch seddi.
Bydd y sesiwn recordio’n para tua 3 awr 55 munud, ac ni chaniateir i chi adael y stiwdio yn ystod y cyfnod hwn oni bai bod hyn eisoes wedi cytuno gyda ni am resymau meddygol.
Bydd egwyl hanner ffordd trwy’r recordiad lle cynigir dŵr, byrbrydau a chyfle i ddefnyddio’r cyfleusterau.
RHEOLAU TOCYNNAU A STIWDIO
- Ni chaniateir plant dan 8 oed yn y stiwdio. Rhaid i bob plentyn fod yng nghwmni oedolyn cyfrifol dros 18 oed.
- Ni chaniateir bwyd na diod ar lawr y stiwdio.
- Nid oes hawl tynnu lluniau, fideo, neu cymryd unrhyw recordiadau eraill o’r lleoliad ffilmio.
- Peidiwch â thrafod canlyniadau’r recordiad gydag unrhyw un y tu allan i’r gynulleidfa – nid ydym am ddifetha’r mwynhad y gwylwyr gartref.
- Rhaid diffodd pob ffôn symudol cyn mynd i lawr y stiwdio, ac ni chaniateir unrhyw offer recordio yn y lleoliad ffilmio.

- Gofynnir i chi wisgo dillad tywyll (os yn bosib du neu glas tywyll).
HYSBYSIAD STIWDIO
Er gwybodaeth, gall y stiwdio fod yn eithaf cynnes, felly gwisgwch yn briodol. Gall goleuadau’r stiwdio hefyd fod yn llachar ar adegau.
Y CYFRYNGAU CYMDEITHASOL
Peidiwch, o dan unrhyw amgylchiadau, â dosbarthu unrhyw luniau neu fideos o’r lleoliad ar gyfrifon cyfryngau cymdeithasol personol neu broffesiynol neu ar grwpiau negeseuon fel WhatsApp.
CYTUNDEB CYFRINACHEDD
Ar ôl cyrraedd y lleoliad ffilmio bydd angen i bob aelod o’r gynulleidfa arwyddo cytundeb cyfrinachedd.
Bydd hyn yn helpu i ddiogelu’r hud a chyffro’r rhaglen i’r gwylwyr gartref a phawb sy’n cymryd rhan.

Y Llais is back, and we’d love for you to join us in the audience at Dragon Studios for the Blind Auditions.

HOW TO GET THERE

ON ARRIVAL
When you arrive, you will be greeted by a Security Guard who will check you in and direct you to the car park. Free parking is available on site.
Once you have parked, please follow the signs and make your way to the audience tent outside of Studio 4. The Audience Team will check you in, take your coats and belongings and then show you to your seats.
The recording session will last around 3 hours 55 minutes, and you will not be permitted to leave the studio during this time unless you have already agreed this with us for medical reasons.
There will be a comfort break halfway through the recording where you will be provided with water, snacks and to use the facilities.
TICKET & STUDIO RULES
- Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the studio. All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
- No food or drink is allowed on the studio floor.
- Taking photographs, videos, or any other recordings of the filming location is strictly prohibited.
- Please do not discuss the outcome of the recording with anyone outside the audience - we don’t want to spoil the surprise for viewers at home.
- Mobile phones must be switched off before entering the studio floor, and no recording equipment may be brought into the filming location.

- We ask audience members to wear dark clothing (black or navy preferred).
STUDIO NOTICE
Please be aware that the studio can become quite warm, so dress appropriately. Studio lighting can also be intense at times.
SOCIAL MEDIA
You will not be permitted to distribute any images or videos from the filming across personal or professional social media accounts as well as via private messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Upon arrival at the filming location each individual audience member will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
This will protect the magic and the excitement of the show for the viewers back home and everyone taking part.
