Kelly will guide you through three soothing and calming practises of Yin, Meditation and Breathwork.The Yin will allow you to open the body through a series of lower and upper body asanas (shapes) to prepare you for a seated or lying down self- love meditation and body scan. We will then conclude with a Connected Breathwork session which will down-regulate and calm your nervous system.
Breathwork aims to shift old and stuck energy and enable your full, deep and regular breath pattern to return. Most of us are not breathing correctly or fully and Kelly will help to teach you how to implement this to bring yourself back to the present moment and how to be in control of your own breathing system.
This will be a beginner friendly breathwork session but please be aware it’s not suitable for those with high blood pressure or that are pregnant.

Each part will link together with the aim to calm and soothe your nervous system. This XXL will be an inward experience and a journey back to self.
