Our hybrid 8k/4k is a doubles event that includes functional exercises paired with running, structured into four stations, each followed by a 2k run or a 1.k run. The total distance for the run will be 4K or 8K, with the workout stations maintaining the same volume for both distances. The weights used will differ for male and female participants, even in mixed doubles, ensuring that each group has an appropriate challenge.
