XIX TALLINN WINTER FESTIVAL 10.-22.02.2026
For many years, the festival has brought light and musical joy into the month of February and once again welcomes concert audiences to Tallinn Town Hall, the Swedish St. Michael’s Church and the Jaan Poska House.
PLMF has the exceptional honor that the Tallinn Winter Festival has been awarded the
European Festivals Association (EFFE) quality label for 2026-2027.
Among the performers are leading Estonian soloists as well as musicians from Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Italy.
