With a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, I’ve dedicated my career to advancing equity in health and beauty. My work has taken me across the USA, Africa, Asia, and Latin America, with research published in journals like Nature and Science.
Proud of and rooted in my Latin American heritage, I co-founded MOB Beauty and later
founded Estra, a women’s health brand focused on midlife and menopause. My
mission is to empower women and promote equity in health. Through my podcast, This Time of the Month, I champion evidence-based women’s wellness, fostering a community of empowerment for women in midlife and beyond.
