[ES]El auditorio del Institut Français acogerá de nuevo el programa X/Visions, que en esta edición presenta tres espectáculos electroacústicos que exploran las capacidades escultóricas de lo sonoro. El programa es, además, una muestra del carácter de cooperación institucional del festival.
La portuguesa Clothilde presentará un concierto de música ambient creada con sintetizadores modulares. T. Gowdy, un habitual de MUTEK, regresa a Barcelona dos años después para ofrecer un nuevo directo con estructuras melódicas de ritmos y timbres dinámicos. Y, por último, la música y diseñadora de sonido italiana Marta De Pascalis empleará la síntesis analógica y un sistema de bucle en cinta para crear una sensación de distancia densa, dinámica y catártica.

The Institut Français auditorium will once again host the X/Visions programme, which this year presents three electro-acoustic shows exploring the sculptural capacities of sound. The programme is also an example of the festival's institutional cooperation.
Portuguese Clothilde will present a concert of ambient music created with modular synthesizers. T. Gowdy, a MUTEK regular, returns to Barcelona two years later to offer a new live performance with melodic structures of rhythms and dynamic timbres. And finally, Italian musician and sound designer Marta De Pascalis will use analogue synthesis and a tape loop system to create a dense, dynamic and cathartic sense of distance.
