Enjoy your first taste of Spiritless products in the form of a welcome cocktail while enjoying small bites and good company.

6:30PM Welcome introductions to Colton, our guest speaker and Spiritless representative

Enjoy a specially crafted signature cocktail featuring Spiritless Kentucky 74 while we participate in an educational lecture about the Spiritless brand, the process of distilling non-alcoholic spirits, and how we can easily integrate these products into our social spheres.

7:30PM Social hour and shopping event

We will conclude our event taking our knowledge and education from our lecture with a final mixed drink featuring Spiritless products sold at Marigold’s retail space. Marigold is offering guests a private shopping opportunity where members can purchase product from their shop at a discounted rate. If you’ve had your eye on something you’ve been wanting to try, this will be your opportunity to talk to the staff about the products on their shelves and purchase products that were served at the event!

8:00PM Event concludes

Guests are encouraged to continue to socialize afterwards at a number of neighboring establishments including Hola Arepa, Ramen Kazama, Kyatchi, Nighthawks, and Cocina Latina.

Street parking is available on Nicollet Ave as well as the neighboring cross streets. Metro Transit is available adjacent to the shop intersection.

Spiritless is a women-founded and run distilled non-alcoholic sprit company. Prior to founding Spiritless, the team spent years working with some of the largest spirits conglomerates in the world on their marketing efforts, often planning experiential consumer events. While doing so, they consistently heard the same request for non-alcoholic beverage options more interesting than soda water with lime. At the same time, the founders were three busy, career-oriented moms who were also feeling the strain of weekday drinks at work dinners, added calories, and sluggish mornings after a few glasses. The ah-ha moment quickly became crystal clear, the market was demanding more non-alcoholic options and so were they... Spiritless was born.

Spiritless products are distilled in an innovative process, starting with a full-proof neutral grain spirit, which is distilled into a high-quality spirit with all of the flavor of a traditional spirit, then distilled a second time to remove all of the alcohol. Through the unique process, a small amount of the essence is added back in to give Kentucky 74 and Jalisco 55 its authentic alcohol-like feel, with all-natural ingredients.

Marigold is the first non-alcoholic bottle shop in Minnesota. Marigold offers non-alcoholic spirits, wine and beer, and is tapping into a thriving sober and “sober curious” movement that puts community and connection at the heart of its mission. Whether you’re not drinking that night, not drinking in January, or not drinking alcohol at all, Marigold has plenty of mouth-watering ways for you to satisfy your palate.
