Wounded Warrior Project and Deloitte are hosting an interactive, two-day Employment Bootcamp for Walter Reed Soldier Recovery Unit (SRU)About this Event
This in-person bootcamp is designed to help participants build confidence, strengthen career readiness skills, and prepare for a successful transition to the civilian workforce through hands-on training and direct engagement with employers.
What You’ll Gain
Participants will receive practical guidance and participate in:
- Identifying transferable skills gained through military service
- Developing a strong elevator pitch and networking strategy
- Resume workshop and review focused on civilian employment
- Interview skills training and preparation
- Mock interviews with employers, including real-time feedback
- A Leadership & Employer Panel offering candid insight into hiring and workplace expectations
