These cacti and succulents are perfectly piped using several different pastry tips, making this a Buttercream 101 class. Your off-set spatula also plays a large role in this design, making for smooth and perfect lines. This is a Weekend Wine Down class so feel free to bring a friend and a bottle of wine. If drinking, you must be 21 or over.
