Come and Join our WW2 Historian & Author for a Talk & Walking Tour starting inside Fort Perch Rock, the last defence on the Banks of the River Mersey. You will learn about The Bombings of the Blitz, The arrival of the US Army, German Spies in Wallasey, The AA Guns at the Red Noses, The Maunsell Forts in the River Mersey, local Rationing, The Dig for Victory Campaign, Ladies and their new duties, Evacuation, War Dances at the Tower Ballroom and so much more. Following the Tour, Aunty Moe’s Wartime Scouse is available on the Menu with other homemade Favourites inside The Historic Fort Perch Rock Mess Quarters Cafe
