The 2025 Region 2 Summit will be held in conjunction with Stellar Fest on April 4th-6th. The host hotel is the Sonesta Gwinnett Place at 1775 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth, GA (just northeast of Atlanta). Stellar Fest appears to be a small, multi-genre fan-ran convention that's just starting out. Pre-Registration is only $26 for 18 and up. There are other prices for other ages and at the door. We don’t know yet if there are additional fees for the Region 2 stuff like the Awards banquet. They’ve announced nothing other than where and when it will be held.http://www.region2.org/

Most likely the CO and XO will not be able to attend the Summit due to a variety of reasons. However, we wanted our members to be aware that it was going on. This will be the first in-person Summit since Covid hit in 2020.
