Farmer Kent and Farmer Jen welcome you to join our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) family! π±π©βπΎπ¨βπΎOur CSA program is designed to foster long-term sustainability, allowing farmers and community members to mutually benefit from rewards and shared risks. Thank you for investing in local farms and enhancing food security for our community. πβ€οΈ
When you invest in our CSA, you will receive a weekly harvest starting in May 2025 and lasting 20 weeks. Participants may skip up to 6 weeks per season if they are out of town or wish to take a break for any reason. π
You will receive a weekly share of premium fruits and vegetables from Sunset Berry Farm. Additionally, other food producers across the state will offer add-on options, including fruits, vegetables, eggs, flowers, fudge, candy, and more. ππ₯¦π»

Our goal is to provide our farm friends with a nourishing bounty that is satisfying but not overwhelming. Before pick-up day, members will receive a complete list of the items we expect to harvest that week. At pick-up, you will have the opportunity to choose any five items. π½π₯
We encourage individuals to purchase 1 share. Families of two are encouraged to buy 2 shares, families of three are encouraged to purchase 3 shares, and so on. π©βπ©βπ§βπ¦

- snack-size packages of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables. π½π₯
Please note that while we will do our best to plant, water, W**d, and care for all these products, we are ultimately at the mercy of Mother Nature and cannot guarantee 100% success for all products. π§οΈπ€οΈ
While our products are not certified organic, you can feel good knowing that we employ sustainable practices such as crop rotation, mulching, beneficial insects, companion planting, and cover cropping. We also follow food safety guidelines and use chemical applications sparingly and only when necessary to keep our crops healthy. π±β¨
