You can do all this with the YPC! Come along to our welcome session and learn exactly how its done. Here, we will discuss our 3 committees & what they do, the events we hold each year and how we serve the community. Of course there will be plenty of snacks and refreshments to enjoy too!
The YPC fundraise to grant to the areas of; Diversity & Inclusion, Education, Environment and Health & Wellbeing with previous recipients including:
ACCESS, Anxiety Canada/BC, Athletics4Kids, BC Wheelchair Sports Association, Covenant House Vancouver, Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Centre of BC, District of West Vancouver Youth in Crisis, Family Services of the North Shore (Christmas Bureau & Youth Lab), Foundry North Shore, Harvest Project, Hollyburn Family Services Society, North Shore Crisis Services Society, North Shore Neighbourhood House, North Shore Rescue, North Shore Restorative Justice Society, Ocean Ambassadors, Pathways Serious Mental Health Society, PLEA BC, Red Fox Healthy Living Society, SeaSmart, SOS Children's Village BC, UNYA, Westcoast Family Centres and Vancouver Adaptive Snow Sports.
