WUMC Spring Festival - Vendor Registration.Our Spring Festival will be held outside in the parking lot facing Walzem Road. We have used this set-up during the prior Fall and Spring Festivals and experienced a very successful event, a lot of people driving by saw our event and stopped by.
We have limited electric outlets available. We will provide 8-foot table with two chairs, but you will need to provide pop-up tents for shade if you like. Please register at our website : http://www.windcrestumc.org/connect/events
1- 8 foot table is $35.00
2 - 8 foot tables is $60.00
THERE WILL NOT BE RUMMAGE SPACES OR TABLES AVAILABLE AT THIS EVENT.
We will be having a silent auction and we ask that vendors please donate an item for the silent auction.
Payment will only be accepted at the Windcrest United Methodist Church website, or in the church office, we will never take payment from any other source. Money will not be refunded for no shows or if the event takes place and you are not able to attend.
