WTS-LA Membership Holiday Happy Hour!

All are invited to join us for a networking happy hour. Meet the WTS-LA Board, Directors at Large, and members. We’ll also share about the work we are doing and how you can get involved with the chapter.

The tour will include the LAX APM station at the ConRAC facility. Personal PPE including work boots are required.

Join us for a Happy Hour after the tour. Existing and new members are more than welcome to register for the Happy Hour only if the Tour sells out due to limited capacity.

Tour Time: 3:00-5:00 p.m.

Tour Location: LAWA APM (address will be provided to those registered)

Happy Hour Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Note: Tour registrants will be sent reminders and more information re: personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety vest, gloves, work boots, and safety glasses; meet-up location; and liability waiver.

Sponsorship Opportunity: $300. Sponsorship includes one ticket to the happy hour. We will include your logo on advertisements and provide acknowledgement and thanks for your support at the program. Sign up directly through Eventbrite using the SPONSOR ticket option with the contact information for the person who will use the complimentary ticket to the happy hour.

Discounted Tickets: WTS member (JOIN NOW!), public sector employee, and student tickets are discounted. No promo code required.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Transit: Take the Metro E Line (Expo) to Expo/Bundy Station, then transfer to Metro Bus #14 from Westchester/Veteran to Campus Ceter SB&Millenium FS. Walk to 12775 Millennium Dr UNIT 160, Playa Vista for the restuarant.

Parking: Self-parking at the garage next to the restaurant, free with validation. Street parking also available.

Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?

Once registration is closed, you will no longer be able to register through the Eventbrite page. A limited number of walk-in registrations (for the happy hour only) may be available on the day of the event. Please contact [email protected] to be added to the waitlist for a happy hour ticket. A $20 late registration fee will be applied to walk-in tickets. The tour has a limited capacity, and tickets may sell out! Buy your ticket early!

Will corporate sponsor vouchers be accepted for this event?

Corporate vouchers will not be accepted for this event. Vouchers are only accepted for monthly Programs. If you have any questions about the Corporate Partner benefits or vouchers, please don't hesitate to contact Allison Kooiman of Mark Thomas at [email protected].

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.

Is my registration/ticket refundable/transferrable?

No refunds will be available for this event, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration. Please notify us in advance if transferring your registration.
