What is WTF Is Bikepacking?
From what gear you need, to where you can go, Mel will talk through everything you need to get started with bikepacking, or get more comfortable going further afield. This will be the first in a series of women’s bikepacking events put on by Mel Webb and hosted at Bici for Women, Trans, and Non-Binary folks. We’ll have some small snacks, drinks, and draw prizes for attendees.
Who is Mel?
Mel Webb is a bikepacker, ultradistance racer, and creative. She’s spent the past 5 years bikepacking everywhere from the PNW to the remote mountain ranges fo Morocco and Kyrgyzstan. Along the way she has learned alot about what works and what doesn’t while bikepacking. She’s incredibly passionate about getting more women on bikes, and more women into bikepacking.
